The woman carrying Lucifer approached Zenta and Bernkastel, once again transformed a black cat. “It was a pleasure to see you take on an aggressive role in battle. I’d figured you are used to a more seeing your victims squirm from afar.” The small angel let out a chuckle. “But seeing you fight in such a way, and even willingly risk your own life, my, I say that this new world brings a lot of new flavors to our usual personalities and comfort zone. Even I managed to do something quite out-of-character for me, but this is fine too.” Lucifer said. “Joining the Breakers is definitely the right choice.” He look towards the Valley transformed dramatically because of a few Black Crystals.
“Black Crystals are truly powerful.” Lucifer narrowed his eyes upon observing them. “We should tread caution for now, but it seems that this canyon remains stationary and won’t spread. Thankfully, we prevent Hart from completing her plan. If a few of them can cause that much damage… a horde of them can do a lot worst. Perhaps my illusions were too on the mark?” He checked the motions of the clouds and violent tornadoes that remained in one place.
Lucifer took a glance at Zenta; seeing that Bernkastel was friendly to them, it seems to be the other Coin that was lost prior to their meeting. “So, I don’t think we have met before. Obviously, I prefer we can properly meet in better circumstances since I’m not currently in full power. Though, judging from that visor and the way you carry yourself, I supposed that my appearance doesn’t mean much, I presume?” He let out a light chuckle. “Zenta, wasn’t it? I am Lucifer Morningstar. I am [one] of the newest edition of this group. I hope we get along great.” He introduced himself with a smile.
“A worthy fighter, huh.” Spina overheard Gogeta’s comment, reverting back to his base and losing the energized left arm. “So the Coin Hunter is finally defeated. We should collect all the Vortex Coins. Especially one of them being Lucifer’s disciple.” The old Saiyan thought to himself. He raised a brow when Cross mention something about “dealing with that thing”, but he couldn’t figure out what he was referring too. He set that aside for now, since there were more pressing issues going on right now.
Spina turned to Bernkastel, Lucifer and Zenta; the beast mentor that Cuki considers her as her master had returned. Yet, despite the master being fully present, he noticed a distinct lack of reaction from Cuki. No excitement, no emotional reunion. Nothing. “Perhaps she already did beforehand, but she’s acting cold.” Spina thought to himself, noticing that Cuki’s behaviors have increasingly became strange in these last few days.
As the others talk about their next move, and some discussing on returning to home—especially Cross’ mansion, Spina clenched his fists. He stood in front of the doorway, preventing anyone from going in. “Not yet.” The old Saiyan’s tone was harsh, rough, and serious. “We still have issues we need to discuss right now.” He turned his head towards the direction of Reality Metropolis—even at this distance, he can tell that the city is completely and utterly empty. “We need to address these issues.”
“Completely agreed, Spina.” A respond to Spina’s comment came from a figure that appeared behind them. Slowly walking towards the group, with his hands in pockets, Detective Goku had emerged before them. “That was a tough battle, wasn’t it? I figure that you lot was able to overcome the Coin Hunter.” He look up, seeing the transformed Valley; with new additions that makes the place even more menacing and gloomy. “That’s something you don’t see every day. I’ll send someone to investigate this later, but judging from my first look, it’s not spreading outward.” He turned his sights back to the Breakers—and the shift of his aura changed dramatically; an aura emitting “pressure”, but no hint of “malice” nor “intentions”.
Spina narrowed his eyes. “What are you doing here? Aren’t you handling Kazuki?”
“The Captain is dealing with that for now, on the account he’s still recovering.” Detective Goku said. “I’m here to make an arrest. Several arrest.”
