"I don't even understand why a wisp has arms or making sounds like a baby." Gold complained aloud as he started hoofing it to the fight.

"Oh? Are you waking up?" The huge Spider continued to wrap a soft silk around the man's head to hopefully ease his headache.

She seemed to be slouched over a bit since she was far too big and tall to fit in the tiny shack. Despite being a huge monster that can be feared by many, she was very gentle on the man's head. Once she finished wrapping a cute silk bandage on his head, she began to work on what looked to be a scarf to shield the man from any possible cold chills he might have.

"I do hope my silk feels nice on your head, sir."

Excalik quickly lifted his dagger in order to defend himself from the upcoming attack. However, the pressure as the claw slammed onto the dagger generate so much force, it pushed Excalik several feet back—which lead to him crashing onto a wall behind him. His clothes were ripped from the result, revealing his bandages underneath.

“I-is that all you got? My grandmother can hit harder than that!” Excalik boasted when he struggle to stand on his two feet. He eyes shifted to Vala, giving her a smirk. Never abandoned a comrade, no matter what. He thought to himself.

Allein said "You think you can keep up? I'm gonna back you up as best as I can." Her voice seemed different, almost as if two people were talking at the same time with her body. In her mind however, there seemed to be a seal on the ground, created for just this purpose as her and her sister stood on it and then said "The berserk reaper shall fight once more."

"H-huh...? You're... Allein, right?" Excalik's words began to slurs. Although he appears to be fine, the damage has taken a toll on his body.

The wisp floated in a circle before the doors of the large library-like room. "Hyuu!" It felt the dastardly aura from before grow heavier upon it. Once Gold entered, it immediately headed for Vala before stopping in its tracks.

"So your allies have come to your aid after all... disappointing, but an interesting development nonetheless." Eyva closed her eyes briefly. I can sense the presence of the other ones... I shouldn't have let them stay alive when I had the chance.

"But that wouldn't be any fun, would it?" Came a higher pitched voice to her mind, causing her to grin and open her glowing crimson eyes. "Don't disappoint me like the others have. These brutes smashed their lights in. Make it a good show, Eyva. Or else."

With one swift move, Eyva didn't have to move far in order to snatch Vala up from the floor she was collapsed upon. The raven woman held Vala by the back of her cloak out in front of herself with a sneer. "Now, it'd be unfortunate if you were to cut through your little friend here, wouldn't it~? I'd make your next moves count if I were you." Eyva laughed a maniacal jeer before her wings glowed a dark aura, sprouting a second pair of wings accompanied by her nails fully shifting to sharp talons. "Let's see how long this will play out for you! I'll enjoy making you mice dance!" She flapped her wings once to get them both to hover above the carpet.

Vala attempted to kick her legs or squirm, but she was far too weak. "Urrgh... Don't... screw up...." She choked out with a sickly sounding voice with a loosening grip on her staff. It landed on the carpet with a dull thud as she fought to regain her strength.

The Wisp turned to the three and flailed its little flame arms frantically with a wail. "Hyuu!" It faced Eyva and curled its arms up to appear threatening.
===================
"Urrgh.... wh-what?" The man opened his eyes completely before widening and tensing his body up in response to the giant spider woman. "P-Please!! Take anything you want! Please d-don't kill me! Are you going to finish me off after those horrid beasts couldn't?... I beg you to p-please spare my life..." It seemed whatever knocked him unconscious must have completely made him forget where he was or who was talking to him until he regained his vision upon awakening. The color of his face was pale as a ghost.

Allein said "Not exactly. I am Allein, but I'm also not Allein. Right now though, we have bigger problems." She spun her scythe half on the chain then said angrily "You! You dare use one of my friends as a hostage!" As she spoke, a darkness pooled around her "I'll destroy you!!!!"

"Oh goodness gracious, I will not harm a single hair on your head, good sir." The large spider woman smiled. "Those beasts are rather primitive compared to me. I do believe I've saved you from the fate of those horrid beasts."

The giant spider was seen knitting a scarf for the scared man using two sharpened bones of an unknown creature, possibly one she killed in the manor. Whatever it was still had small pieces of flesh and fur on it. She hummed peacefully before handing the man a freshly knitted silk scarf. It was soft and very delicately woven despite being made by a monster.

"I would add some color but I'm afraid that I did not bring all my equipment with me." She sighed placing her bone knitting needles in a small bag slung around her large thorax. "Oh, how rude of me! I am Gorecilia Omni! I assure you that I mean you no harm. This place was interesting to me so I decided to come here! I was unaware that the manor was overrun by ugly beasts."

Ecalik sweated a bit. "Wait! Don't do anything you regret! We don't want to accidentally hurt Vala in the process!" Excalik bite his lip. What can he do in this situation? He had to react fast before something bad happens.

"Using a shield to prevent us? Not very prideful of you! You're basically admitting your defeat is guarantee by using her!" Excalik shouted.
