The princess was a bit surprised by the force of Ultraman's fist, noticing the added force to push her back and out of the cafe. She examined his other movements as Brachi confronted him.

"Back off Brachi, I started this and I intend to end it quickly." Panich's aura flared up around her as she charged to her super saiyan form turning toward Ultraman with a smirk. "If you insist, but should you decide to have a change of heart and tell us what we want to know, and I'll spare you of any future humiliation."

She stood confidently, raising her hand up and gesturing him to come forth. She hoped this time he would at least be a challenge.

"Well this is just great! So much for a diplomatic approach," Bernkastel rolled herself onto the pavement with a frustrated grunt, patting the pebbles and dirt off of her skirt. "And now we have to waste more time fighting a pointless skirmish for the 3rd time today." She didn't even feel certain Hart would be open to talking after they get Ultraman out of the way.

"I was hoping we wouldn't have to resort to violence this quickly..." Leaping back to gain some distance from the struggle, Bern bit her thumbnail trying to think of some alternatives, but she was struggling to come up with any. "Damn, there's no way around this now! Defend yourself as you see fit, but don't go overboard this time." She cautioned. "Which means don't destroy the place," she directed particularly towards Gogeta. "If that woman gets caught in the collateral damage, it'll be all for naught and we won't get any information then. I didn't think things would get ugly this easily..."

Cross says with a chilling tone to Ultraman "I may be distant and you may be a fool how many business and originations bear my Crest or a modified form of it." It's scary how true that statement is and yet how free the people hear are.(this is more to indicate how much influence Cross actually holds in RM)

Cross says in a kind and understanding tone to Hart "My forces are merely reacting to the risk of a fight between our group and Ultraman. I do apologies for any stress this may course you."

Cross casts buffs on every all Barkers and allies.

------

The Regular runs up to a woman that can only be described as a Goddess. The Regular says "Mistress Asmodeus the civilian are out and all prep work has been completed." Asmodeus says "Good and dismissed." Asmodeus opens up away to watch the fight unfolds form were she is just in case Cross needs help.

------

A group of people open a way to watch the battle unfolding.

A normal person says "dam busters trying to imposed there rules I Hope Ultraman kicks there asses." a mage says "I would rather the busters kick his ass." Normal person asks "way?"  Mage says "Keep in mind Overlord Cross and his people been quite helpful." Normal person says "that because he tricking you and all his supporters. He employs the likes of Asmodeus and Blackrock." Mage responds "did you forget about Lady Lightstep and Lady Meryere." The old man says "I preferer you bout keep quite about your thoughts on them. I granted that Cross can be a bit dissent but look at what his origination help make with in three years but Ultramam is a little naïve but his heart seems to be in the right place"

As the events unfolded, Cuki remained where she was, not wanting to help the Breakers anymore if they continue the way they were going. As chaos ensues, Cuki was mindful of the surroundings and Hart. She wanted to protect Hart from the rash actions o the Breakers should it escalate worse than it already has. Cuki was visibly angry with the newbies since they were heavy in making their name even worse than it already was. She lowered her face into her hands and dug her fingers into her hair, tugging at it.

Why? Why must we continue to fight? Are we so dense or are the newbies doing this on purpose? Is it Saiyan blood that fuels their bloodlust or is it the lack of mental awarement..? These Saiyans... They are the same as him...

Cuki gritted her teeth in silence as she watched the others fight. She yanked at her hair even harder, muttering nonsense under her breath as the others continued their pointless fighting. Although she was not in the fight, she appeared to be holding back and urge of some sort, unknown to the newbie Breakers. She resisted giving them a piece of her mind.

Why do you bother speaking, Cuki? They never listened to me before, why do I still think they'll change now? Why have any voice in this group at all? I guess I should just keep my mouth shut from now on, huh? That'll work... Cuki lowered her head so that it rested on the table she was sitting near. She covered her head with her arms until she felt the Zenta card sip out of her sleeve. She lifted her head up to gaze at it and her eyes narrowed slightly. What would you do when surrounded by beasts? I bet you would know.

Cuki lifted herself out of her seat and approached Hart, making sure to keep her distance from the woman since she could sense how scared she was of the Breakers. She spoke in the same calm manner as she did with Ultraman, holding out her hands to show she was not going to harm the woman in any way. Although Cuki did not look particularly happy, she forced a smile to Hart in hopes that she could calm her down in the slightest or take her mind off the battle.

"I... I apologize on behalf of the others, Ma'am, I certainly did not want it to escalate like this." Cuki said. "And I want to take full responsibility for their actions... We aren't like this normally. We were recently annoyed by new recruits, so our name is being slandered by these two new insects."

Gogeta blinked as he was blasted outwards onto the street with the other Breakers, tumbling on the concrete. He quickly shook his head, dust and pebbles flying off his spiky black hair and sprung up to his feet with an excited, cocky smirk from hearing the banter and taunting.

"Alright!! This is more like it!!"

In a sudden surge of blue energy, Gogeta roared violently in forcing the entire ground to tremble in ignoring Bernkastel's commands. Bright, white light momentarily coated his entire body, and within an instant, shattered into glass-like shards in every direction as Gogeta launched forward from the former shell in a blue dash.

Fully transformed as a Super Saiyan Blue, Gogeta bolted forward to contrast Panich and Brachi moving into more defensive, goading positions for Ultraman. Launching into his typical offensive blitz, Gogeta hurled his right fist forward, the punch slamming into Ultraman's right cheek just as he finished proclaiming his defense of Hart. He kept a cocky smirk, having already prepared to hurl his next attack even after the first blow had landed, ready to fully engage in another staggering offensive barrage of punches if Ultraman had no immediate counter.

Ultraman’s head whipped to the right as saliva, with blood mixed in, came out flying from his mouth. His eyes darted, unable to maintain concentration due to Gogeta’s rapid attacks. Just as his previous bout from earlier against this man, Ultraman found himself caught in a barrage of punches hitting against his body—each of them felt like the force of hundreds of exploding suns.

His consciousness, straight out of the gate, was imminent on the verge of lost. Ultraman saw blackness ringed around his field of vision becoming much thicker as each punch forced upon his body. Then, when his head once again whipped back, he’d noticed Hart standing there with Cuki attempting to sway her—in his eyes. Suddenly, the thought that haunted him came in his head.

“Ultraman. You’re not worth the effort to fight seriously.”

Ultraman’s eyes flare into life as he placed two of his arms together and tightened his muscles to block the incoming attacks. His cape waver from the incredible wind pressure kicking up around the two, as Ultraman let out a mighty roar to disrupt his combo attacks for a brief second, in return fire of his attacks.

One quick punch in the stomach, followed by a couple of jabs to his torso. The Kryptonian crouched down and went for a low sweep to force him off balance. In rapid pace,  Ultraman turned to the side quickly and forced his entire body against Gogeta, shoving him back towards Panich, Brachi and the others.

A trail of energy coils around his eyes as electric crackles around his head. “Electric Beam!” He shouted, firing a powerful force of electric-like beam towards Panich and Gogeta with the voltage topping over 100,000,000 volts. A powerful electric barrier is briefly seen around the man as a way to deterred them from striking him in physical combat when firing the beam.

=====

“He’s usually not like this…” Hart said, keeping her distance. “You and your friends are a terrifying bunch.” She witnessed Ultraman taking an offensive charge against them. “He’s hot headed, doesn’t like to be talk down, never accepts the lost and always act like he knows the people’s needs than then them.” She remained quiet for a second. “These two aren’t slandering your good name. That’s… that’s how it is.”

=====

“Damn! I have to stop this!” Spina said, able to stand again. However, Lucifer placed his hand on his shoulder.

“No, I think this is good.” Lucifer said. “This is good for the Breakers. Treat it as a lesson of humility, if you will.”

The is in fact a Demonic force on par with Lucifer in the mall as well. She is watching this fight.

------
Cross says to Spina "If worried about damages or lost of insolent life don't be its been taken care of. If your Worried about the kids I did cast some minor buffs on them."

Cross says to Lucifer "Despite the irony of you saying it Lucifer I agree."
------

The mage says "that odd if I recall Ultramar shooed not have any electric abilities." Normal person says defending it "new power." Old man says "The young mage has a point kid." The mage says "see there was some thing off."

Brachi however didn't do much of anything now, seeing that Panich and Gogeta had things under control.

"Geez, those two are quite troublesome... and here I had hoped to spar with them on a remote location, out of public sight someday... if only this crisis isn't at hand, this is quite a dilemma..." She muttered.

Gogeta's eyes widened once his assault had been broken, gasping for air at the blow slamming into his stomach. He jolted a bit from the following punches, flipping backwards across the ground from the retaliation. He quickly vaulted to his feet, his cocky smirk remaining in tensing up in a small crouch in front of Panich.

Gogeta waited a brief second before Ultraman fired off the electrical beam, and in an instant, hurled his arm like wiping a glass window. A large, square shield of blue energy spawned to life at his command, the electrical beam striking the shield head on. The fusion swayed slightly from the intense impact of the beam, but stood tall as the electrical energy neatly bounced back directly towards Ultraman.

“I’m not concerned about that. I’m concerned that our reputation is getting sunk. You may have influence in selective parts of this city, but we don’t have that leverage—especially in other cities across this world.” Spina said to Cross. “Cleaning up stuff won’t dismiss our actions.”

“Ah, but I think this is a good thing, Spina.” Lucifer said. “This will give Breakers an interesting reputation more than the one you guys are holding onto now. Cross retains his reputation, but you… this is good.” The tall angel seen Gogeta’s quick movement of creating a shield to reflect Ultraman’s attacks, then seeing more people flooding the streets—it was dangerous and normally they would disappear when a fight occurs. However, this was a battle against one of the Breakers—something that no one want to miss, all of them cheering in a roaring applaud on everyone anyone got a good hit in.

Ultraman extended his right arm forward towards the incoming electrical energy attack. It surge through his right arm, travel across his body before leaving by exiting from his left arm towards the sky. It trails upwards so fast and simply exploded. Its force generate enough power and combustion to cause the clouds to activate dramatically, instantly forming rainclouds. Heavy rain fell on prominently on the area where the Café was located, along with the Breakers and Ultraman.

As his uniform remained waterproof from the rain, Ultraman’s hands spark lightning sparks around his fingertips. His eyes shine bright yellow in contrast to Gogeta’s blue eyes. He slightly crouch down as his muscles pulsing with energy vibing around his body. “Let’s go.”

He dashed forward, crossing the distance between himself and Gogeta. As the muddy soil and debris kicked up high in the dark sky, Ultraman embedded his fist against his chest, shattering through the fusion’s shield. Not wasting anytime, Ultraman kicked him in the jaw, launching him in the air.  He vanished like lightning, appearing alongside Gogeta in the air and grab hold onto him. Placing his feet on both his arms into a locked, his head facing towards the ground. Ultraman shouted. “Electric Diver!”

A burst of lightning from the clouds strike both Ultraman and Gogeta, as the former launched the fusion downward and slammed the fusion against pavement head first near Panich and the rest of the Breakers with voltage breaking into the billions. In the amount of smoke gushing out, Ultraman continue his assault, dashing towards Panich with rapid fire punches towards her.

=======

“He did use some electric attacks earlier. It seems to be an upgraded version… but in such a short amount of time though…” One overseer witnessed the battle.
