Brachi, Bara and Dielec were also swiftly pushed outside, though Bara was able to snatch some additional candies for herself to eat, having overheard the conversation.

"So there is another body snatcher around? I thought Captain Ginyu was already bad enough with his Body Change..." She said, hoping to entice some response from the other Breakers and present companions as she was admittedly eager to learn more of the situation first this time.
 
“Another body snatcher?” Vortex-Man raised a brow. The way she phrased her words caught his attention and implied that Ginyu could be another candidate that took over Spina. “Is this Ginyu person an underling of Black or causing a ruckus around here too?” The Kryptonian ponders if the Detective Agency is doing something about people stealing bodies if there’s more than one running around.
 
"No," Brachi said to Vortex-Man, "Captain Ginyu was a high-ranking soldier of the Frieza Force, which was led by a Galactic Emperor known as Frieza. Ginyu had his own fighting force, ably named 'Ginyu Force', and while Ginyu did had a habit of posing with his top men that did require finesse and all, his main skill was the ability to switch bodies with anyone he deemed suitable to do so with, going so far as to even critically injuring himself so his opponent would be critically injured when the body switch was completed."
 
Victor thinks as he notices the fight as he eats "I gest I should summon a lucky cat just in case of cladal damage or get mad about my choice of words."

Victor summons a white cat and hands it a fish. The cat starts to eat the fish. Victor says in a good-natured way, "My name is Victor, and I happened to be an old man that simply chose to freeload some food form you lot. If it's not a given I am a summon." As he pets the white cat.

Victor says, "Unless some I traded bodies with someone, I should be the same old man I was wend I chose to join you all for food. O there more than this Ginyu that can swap bodies."

Outside the Restaurant

Vegetto stood with the others once everyone had joined the group outside, his arms folded in front of his chest. He let out a small, amused chuckle at the conversation about Ginyu; the humor of how similar the old Frieza force commander and Black were in theory not unfounded.

"That's an old name I thought I'd never hear again. I suppose they're similar...but Ginyu was more of a parasite that snatched bodies to become stronger. Black is simply a weakling named Zamasu; a failed god that decided to steal my body from another timeline because he lacked the power to kill all mortals."

Cayde rubbed his chin with one hand, having pulled out a datapad with the other while he stood with the group, chiming in to answer Vortex Man's question about any sort of tactics to expect from Black.

"Our resources have been a little spotty...the destruction of Rogue City and all our stuff tends to make it hard to pull up old intel. From what I gather, he's got more of a personal bone to pick with Spina too. Clark and Vegetto met during the Doom gauntlet and I wrote down a bit of what happened in our old archives; pretty sure Spina was the one that ended up defeating Black in a one on one during that whole debacle. If he's got the same pattern as this Ginyu, maybe he wants to take over Spina because he found a stronger body to steal than his current one."

Vegetto snapped his glare over to Cayde in an instant, and the android having known the antics of the particular Potara Fusion, chuckled to himself and promptly responded.

"Relax...I'm only funning about. Just trying to figure out what is going on in Black's head."

Vegetto scoffed.

"Just call him Zamasu. Black is a strange name he wanted to be more dramatic with...no need to entertain that nonsense."

Cayde shrugged his shoulders.

"In any case though, this might be a pointless thought. Last I remember hearing about it, this Zamasu fella needed the special magical wish dragon balls from Vegetto's universe to even make the body snatch happen. Special godly ones that no one really had access to."

The android lowered his arms, putting the datapad away.

"So unless he's found another set of those things...hopefully mind control shenanigans are the only thing we'd have to deal with. I'm also a fan of Burn Castle's play; let's just talk to him and see what's going on with the old man."

"Yeah, let's talk to that Spina guy! Maybe he just needs someone to vent to. He looks a bit grumpy, but I can tell he and Kettles are friends." Asher said, being nudged outside. "Besides, Grandpa is great with talking with people. He always knows what to say, right, grandpa?"

Zenta gagged slightly, still being full from how his grandson overfed him. He nodded to Asher's statement, heaving a few times, his face pale.

"Yes... But perhaps Lady Bernkastel should approach Mr. Spina first, Asher. They have known each other for quite some time... I shall be by her side should she require some help, we all will."

Avalon listened to the conversation, his attention switching between Vegetto and Cayde as they spoke about Zamasu.

A body snatcher, so to speak? Hm, perhaps the reason Spina is acting strange is due to this Zamasu trying to take his body? It's worth a shot, but Spina's been acting weird since he was nearly killed in Rogue City. Could it be the switch happened then...? If this Zamasu guy really does have some sort of influence on Spina, I think Vegetto and Cayde would have been able to notice it...

Avalon bit his tongue, but spoke up, his gaze downcast.

"I agree with Bernkastel. Let's go check on Spina..."
 
"So Zamasu is like a Supreme Kai then? I thought they were supposed to be creating planets so life can flourish there and not meddle in mortal affairs unless something akin to the evil Majin Buu was about, at least that is what Jize told me, and she's one of the Supreme Kais of my world." Brachi said.
 
Mooli hung back close to the entrance of the restaurant, looking a bit distracted by their current conversation about Zamasu/Black.

"Eh, I don't think there was any other body snatching shenanigans besides that big blueberry thing that ran off just now. It's more common than I thought I'd see here, huh?" She ponders aloud with Victor. "I'm Mooli, in case things got shaken up during the whole fiasco. We should keep an eye on this one before she wanders out onto the city and gets into trouble." The white-haired woman trailed off into absent silence while she helped gather the empty dishes into a corner of the table, gingerly scooting alcohol away from the drunken-seeming Roya.

Mooli eyed Clark while they worked since his expression hinted a familiarity with namedropping the man referred to as Black/Zamasu. "You seem like good friends with Vegetto so... did he ever fill you in on that Zamasu guy?" The question itself was innocuous, but her tone lost its jolly demeanor and she wore a somewhat downcast expression while they cleaned. Just the mention of the man seemed to taint the atmosphere around her.

Outside the Restaurant

Bernkastel let out a tiny grunt feeling Coella perch herself on her head. While she didn't look terribly pleased, she resigned herself to letting the other Witch do as she pleased. Coella was another oddball for being so welcoming to the two despite their less than savory reputation, but Bern didn't really mind it. She was starting to like a change in treatment by the newcomers since strangers usually weren't so nice to them.

"Well," she cleared her throat. "We'll just act natural. If you make it obvious you're suspicious of something, he's not going to want to talk. I'll speak with him first, give him a chance to say what he wants to. Whatever we do, we can't just corner him with a bunch of questions out of nowhere. If he gets upset then we just... un-upset him. Whatever we do, we keep a level head doing it."
 
Victor thinks as he the white cat "Ok at least they are starting realize that the vertex is a melding pod of a lot of different types of powers."

Victor asks "You do know body snatching is not the only reason way someone is acting strange? I not ruling it out but how long or even how well have you all known each other? Before you kids ask, I not ruling out body swapping or snatching. O and there are ways to tell, one way is if one can see auras, magical waves or even having a good perception are some the ways I can think of." Victor eats a bit more of the food in front of him
 
Vegetto stifled a small amused grunt at Brachi's comment, glancing to the side.

"Yeah well...he didn't really get that part. He thought mortals were the problem...wanted to get rid of them all. He wasn't exactly a model Kaioshin."

Cayde glanced towards Victor, tipping his head a bit to the side in acknowledgement.

"Old man's got a point...no need for us to keep theorizing. Could be a hundred different things going on with Spina and there's probably no way for us to figure it out standing around here."

He proudly nodded to Bernkastel.

"Let's just watch Burn Castle here work her magic with the incredible tool that can save us all: proper communication!"
