"Can I get you something to eat, Whis?" Majin Bara then asked, wanting to help Whis recover.
Meanwhile, Brachi and Dielec both were for the moment observing the fights going on, as if they were going to get a reading on the opponents involved, letting others have their shots at them first. It was as if they were both trying to get an understanding of how the adversaries fought, and got ready to adapt accordingly.
Mentally conversing with each other in regards to their plan, including Bara herself, Brachi and Dielec got ready to join the fight, with Brachi at first going just Super Saiyan God, while Dielec moved to get into a proper vantage point, first setting up an invisible barrier around Whis, with the intention to repel and/or reflect any blast directed at Whis back to the attacker to give them a shock, while Brachi herself was looking for an opening in the fights to capitalize on, figuring that the training she had underwent with Jize would hopefully come to fruition.
With a small yelp, the rabbit witch flew backward and smacked into the crumbling wall, and upon impact, she burst into puffs of fur. Emerging from a new location, Coella tilted her head. "Well, that went a lot worse than I imagined," the witch ran her finger across the rim of her hat, before continuing, "It's as they say, if at first you don't succeed..."
She pulled her hat off of her head and waved it above her head. With the movement, a horde of Coellas came tumbling out of the hat above her, copying the original and creating more with the swing of their hats.
"Try, try again!" All the witches announced in unison before moving in behind Avalon's clones, working in tandem with them. The Coella clones jolted around Avalon's attacks, bounding toward Vegetto trying to get their hands on him, as if they were playing a game of tag.
Cayde glanced back towards the battle at Daiman's request, briefly taking in the scene above. His eyes danced between Sinister Bernkastel first, then to the impending danger of Vegetto Black. He quickly hurried Daiman to the side behind a nearby building, peaking around the corner.
"Looks like they aren't focused on us. Let's take the time to power everything up."
Cayde held tightly onto his hand cannon as the metal began to burn with paracasual energy; sizzling fumes beginning to radiate off the gunmetal while he kept his eyes peeled around the corner.
"I'll raise you on that one: two shots for the price of one. Let's make 'em count kid."
Whis sat slowly upright as the team of Brachi, Bara, Dielec, Victor and Mooli had fully arrived, prepared to defend. With Bernkastel nearby with the wounded Zenta, the angel quickly shuffled a bit after shaking his head at Bara. His attention, however, lifted a bit at the sight of Brachi transforming into a Super Saiyan God, briefly thinking to himself before answering Bara's request.
"No thank you...I have enough power for now."
Whis lightly shook his head once, dismissing the thought within his own mind for the moment before glancing towards the others.
"We must focus our efforts and fight together as a group. Dueling Black will cost us severely, and we must defeat him before the other Bernkastel can assist him."
The angel maneuvered towards Zenta next, kneeling down and resting his right hand on the gaping wound in the beast's chest. Ki and energy swirled within the beast; the angel attempting to empower the cells within Zenta's body with his energy to repair and recover from the damage beyond their normal capabilities.
"I do not have enough power to engage yet, but I can support you. Go now...Avalon, Asher and Coella need you."
Vegetto Black's eyes met Zenta's as the beast had taken the killing strike meant for Asher. The confident and deadly stare of the doppelganger only grew in its potency at the sight; Vegetto Black clearly proud of the result. One of the Breakers' strongest fighters already incapacitated by a single swift decision, one that was potentially premeditated.
The doppelganger had already prepared his blade for another strike, preparing to end Zenta completely this time. Yet as he swung, Avalon had already dashed in, and swooped up Zenta just as the menacing Spirit Sword harmlessly slashed the air where the pair had been milliseconds before. Vegetto Black turned his gaze, following the threat and narrowing his eyes.
At the sight of the clones all rushing in, Vegetto Black threw up the arm with his Spirit Sword in the iconic Big Bang Attack pose as if he were preparing to blast away anything in front of him with a cone energy blast. However, the energy of the Spirit Sword morphed backwards; expanding immediately instead into a bubble of pure energy that encircled the doppelganger completely.
The water shurikens collided and stuck neatly into the bubble, the lightning jolts of Coella's enhanced magic radiating brilliantly along the sphere's surface. Yet still, all of the attacks were incapable of penetrating Vegetto Black's bubble; the doppelganger's smirk growing at the sight of the magnificent crackle of lighting lining his bubble.
With the entire sphere coated in dangerous water shurikens lodged into it, Vegetto Black let out a thunderous roar as he pushed his free arm forward that powered the defensive move. In an instant, the sphere suddenly opened up from behind him and flung outwards into a long, rectangular energy plane in front of him. The water shuriken's served as spikes on the energy plane; instantly cutting and stabbing into any clone caught within melee range of Vegetto Black as he turned the attack forwards.
The energy plane suddenly bent like a bear trap, immediately folding into itself and using the water shuriken stuck in the energy plane as makeshift spikes to impale all of Avalon's and Coella's clones in its deadly sandwiching of the attackers. The energy smashed into itself, and erupted into a massive explosion of fire and dust.
However, the immense smoke cloud dissipated away in an instant from Vegetto Black's energy surging, then retreating. His narrowed eyes landed on the pair of Avalon and Coella standing in front of Asher, the doppelganger addressing all three with a confident tone in his dual voice.
"Is this your best? You fight like children...the new recruits so eager to live up to the legend of the Breakers. Yet as you seek excitement and hope for yourselves, the real ones use you to understand my abilities. They would let you die, just so they could find an advantage against me."
His smirk rose slightly.
"Are you willing to sacrifice your life...for people who are eager to throw away yours?"
Vegetto Black did not wait for an answer, however. In an instant after his final question, wind gusted outwards in overwhelming bursts like a storm. The doppelganger once again ascended on the pair, and Vegetto Black immediately slapped Avalon to the side while he simply moved past Coella. His eyes never left his target, locked fully on Asher.
With his Spirit Sword brandishing around his right arm once more, Vegetto Black aimed to end the boy's life with a confident smirk. The strength of his disorienting blow was not powerful enough to completely stop Avalon however; both the ninja and Coella could still feasibly stop Vegetto Black from killing Asher in this moment, as well as Asher defending himself against the attack.
As Vegetto Black counter attacked Coella and Avalon's efforts, the fighter seemed to be more similar to a traditional Saiyan in only that particular moment. Ki spiked and flared dramatically in the doppelganger's efforts to thwart the pair, exposing the same weakness of strength that most Dragon Ball universe warriors have: power granted by ki, but lacking in base strength.
Yet as the counter attack ended, so too did Vegetto Black's flair of energy. Unlike a traditional Saiyan or power up, his ki almost seemingly vanished in an instant. The ominous pressure of the man never dwindled, however, as if the strength remained even without the ki empowering his body and attacks.
The only instance of Vegetto Black's energy surging once more, was in the man brandishing the second Spirit Sword. His arm traveled in speeds far greater than the average eye could detect with strength capable of leveling more than a city, but the only source of energy that could be sensed was the Spirit Sword itself.
In this move it was clear: Vegetto Black has the raw strength and speed of a fighter capable of matching Saiyan powers without empowering himself with ki.
Bernkastel stood agape, shocked by the loud thud of Zenta's body hitting the ground before her. She tripped on one foot from the slippery mixture of his blood with the rain puddles forming from the storm. With a heave as she knelt down to prop him up for ease of breathing, her eyes widened from how deep the Spirit Sword pierced him.
How could we all have missed? It's impossible for even Zenta to fail an attack like this! she clenched her jaw as she began to heal the beast with a spell to help close up the laceration, but she quickly began to have her thoughts race about the impending danger of the situation. Bern knew what fate awaited Asher if Black killed him, and the rest of their lives were in just as much danger if he could incapacitate Zenta in one move. How much time will Spina even buy us before that thing (Sinister Bernkastel) comes back to finish the job? Should I try and fight Black directly instead of magic? I might be able to outmaneuver him if he tries to get me but I can't guarantee I'll be able to stop him from attacking everyone else.
"Heal faster... come on...!" Bern started to get even more anxious hearing Black's taunts from a distance, knowing she couldn't just leave Zenta behind to dive in and potentially cost them the battle by rushing in blindly. I can't leave Asher by himself either. Just from the sound of his voice calling for his grandfather, she knew he wasn't ready for a threat level this great and he might be just as distressed as she was if not more. Were any of them prepared for something like this? In an attempt to clear away her thoughts, Bernkastel audibly let out forced breaths through her mouth as though she'd push the mind-clutter out that way. The Witch hugged Zenta tighter to herself, not caring that she was staining her clothes in blood. I can't make it go faster while I'm like this-- damn it all!
"I can't do this by myself..." Bern's eyes were squeezed shut. It was a tiny whisper nobody else was going to hear except for Zenta with the roar of noise going on all around them. "What do I do, Spina...?"
Feeling a warm radiation of energy along Zenta's wound, her eyes opened curiously to see Whis come close to them and take over Zenta's care, looking up anxiously as the others gathered round.
Understanding the shift in duty, Mooli gave the group a determined smile and a thumbs up. "Okay, new plan: beat 'em down long enough for Daiman to work his magic and protect each other from any more casualties. That Spirit Sword of his seems like a deterrent to keep us from attempting close combat but it might be more effective than ranged attacks from the looks of things. I think I'll be able to keep up with his right arm, so I can be one of the strikers. He can't focus on everybody at once, so timing is essential here... just like when we fought BatMan (Lucifer) y'know? Except..."
"Except we need to fight with real killing intent," Bernkastel concluded, standing back up with renewed determination to see their plan through. "I can fight physical too but I need to prepare it. Do you think he can use that energy sword without any arms?"
Mooli glanced over at Whis, wanting to ask more about Black's ability but clearly they had no time to ask questions. "We'll have to find out by doing. I'm going in before he gets anyone else, we don't have the luxury to wait for openings anymore." Holding two fingers to her forehead, Mooli disappeared and reappeared behind Vegetto Black. Her expression now hardened with focus as she wordlessly came down with a forceful swing of her leg down to strike his right shoulder and send him off-balance.

Victor says, "Power that controls you is worse than meaningless."
Victor thinks "I gest summoning supports." Victor summons some scarecrows in order to prevent disabling or killing blows form hitting allies. Victor
thinks "Having the scarecrows take some hits should help. I wonder If I should summon a stronger support for these kids."
"Live up to the legend? Oh you poor thing, you misunderstand me." Coella stated calmly. Her boots remained planted firmly in place as Vegetto black passed. "The intentions this team has for me are of no interest to me in the slightest."
As soon as the intense impact from the doppelganger spirit sword against the scarecrow and Mooli's kick rippled through the air right next to Asher, the barrier surrounding his body began to glow a bright yellow aura and inflate, propelling all surrounding fighters away from Cuki's boy like a powerful magical airbag.
As Coella went flying through the air, she grabbed hold of her broom and began twirling rapidly toward the ground, her shoes making a light tap at her graceful descend. "I just really love a good gamble! I have such a soft spot for underdogs. And the Breakers make quite the underdogs. The odds have been stacked against them time and time again, yet they stand here before you now! So I hope you're feeling lucky today, because it's anyone's game and my chips are all in for the Breakers!"
The rabbit witch laughed, and with a poof of her magic she was back into the air onto her broom, making her way to Asher. She descended to his side her smile still very present on her face."That was a close one! Are you alright, doll?" She asked, while looking him over to see if he had sustained any injuries.
To prepare, Daiman pressed his hands on each side of his head. From there, the boy gathered all his thoughts to imagine something that could be useful for this battle.
But he couldn’t think of anything. The immense pressure placed on him, and the dangers from evil doppelgangers, were interfering with his thoughts. An artist’s block.
“C-come on! Think of something!” Daiman scolded himself underneath his breath. “Anything is fine! Just something useful!! Something big! Um, Zyster? Yeah, but what did he look like again? Gah... I have so many thoughts!!” Thoughts poured in, but too many of them for the young one to focus properly or even remember things. His anxiety was going through the roof; the pressure of thinking was causing him to bleed from his ears, nose and eyes. “Don’t do this again at a critical moment like this… that’s why everyone died—”
Daiman narrowed his eyes as he stared at Cayde, then the others. Seeing Vegetto-Black attacking others while he stood idly by. He slapped his cheeks and took a deep breath to calm down. After a moment, he positioned himself as if he was about to unleash something. “I’m ready… I’ll follow you up…”
"That's an- awfully- loaded question," Sinister Bernkastel replied between being sent through several walls of the buildings around them. Each impact unleashed a firework-splatter of blood marking the hole Spina left behind from throwing her repeatedly. And the Red Witch seemingly allowed it; letting the rubble encase her bloodied and battered body in its stopping place. Her ribcage sustained the least of the injuries, a loud sound of blood and muscle reforming a humanoid shape. The witch's bloodied hand peeked out under a large slab of concrete, lifting it to unleash a billow of steam with her face a black shadow with only her glowing red eyes as it hissed its way back to restoration. "Witches never come with one simple answer, silly man. Are you sure you even know what kind of question you're asking?" The discarded umbrella held open, aimlessly tumbling in the air between the whirlwind of the storm and Spina's water-based attacks.
"Calling us twins might be more fitting than I thought, but she and the scum that created us are no family of mine!" Sinister Bernkastel charged forward while her body was still letting off steam, flicking her wrist to send a hailstorm of bone fragments and sharp rib bones raining down from the underside of her umbrella down onto the battlefield between herself and Spina. "I guess I'm not the same as you either. We bleed and heal the same way, we 'see' each other, your violence feels comparable to my own... but we're still different. You aren't the same man as you were three years ago; it seems you changed, while I've always been like this."
"Both you and my 'sister' are different people than before, but why? Why is she wasting her days playing house with a bunch of broken toys? When did the great witch of Miracles turn into such a joke?!" Sinister Bernkastel became visibly more wound up the more she pondered these observations, launching into a flurry of her own fists to push Spina towards the blast of projectiles and force him to choose which side to engage. "Maybe that's the real reason fate put me here-- the proper governor of miracles takes back the title before it loses all meaning. A fitting end for a dying world, don't you think!?"
Cayde watched on as Daiman warred internally with himself, his expression shifting into complete concern in seeing the boy seemingly be far from ready on the impending need of his power. He only moved once Daiman gave confirmation he was ready, looking the boy in the eye for a brief moment, before nodding towards the sky above.
"Alright, I'm gonna run over there and get his attention on me. Once you see my shot, give him all you got."
The android then bolted into a dead sprint, carefully weaving his way around the nearest building across the way from Daiman and finding a small corner. His narrowed mechanical eyes turned up, bracing a bit as Coella's giant wave of yellow magic erupted outwards and blasted the fighters away.
Aiming his gun upwards, Cayde held his hand cannon with stone-like resolve as cosmic fire erupted upwards around his body.
With Mooli's kick, her blow sent out a powerful shockwave on impact capable of blowing away normal people alone. Yet as her leg made contact, it did not feel like striking a normal solid object or another fighter. Instead, it felt more akin to kicking sand; a sinking, nullifying feeling that drained her momentum and power in the defense. If she looked deeper, she could see the skin along Vegetto Black's shoulder moving on its own; shifting unnaturally. The skin raising like tiny little hands, catching her strike in a perfect block. The force itself still threw Vegetto Black off slightly, but the damage done was nearly nothing in the strike.
Vegetto Black narrowed his eyes briefly, having not even glanced towards Mooli in her strike but instead as he watched his Spirit Blade cut into the scarecrows defending Asher. He did little to react because as his attack was thwarted completely and while he listened to Coella's speech, he also turned his eyes briefly to observe Victor far away from the current batle. Then, before he could even act further, the bright yellow sphere suddenly expanded outwards from Asher and sent everyone flying away.
Despite the intention of the defense technique, however, the yellow magic that ballooned outwards like an airbag suddenly erupted like a pin popping it, leading to a devastating explosion that was possibly unintended. Yet Vegetto Black's energy signature and visual appearance disappeared in the attack completely as the others were thrown away, leaving a moment of calm while Coella floated up to Asher and checked in on him
However, the smoke and black cloud covering the area in front of where Asher, Coella and Avalon stood suddenly blasted away from more storm force winds. And there, despite having vanished from sight and energy sensing capabilities in the midst of Coella's technique, floated Vegetto Black confidently gazing down at the three; unmoved and undamaged by the magic. The yellow magic had caved in around Vegetto Black as if he were a rock sinking down onto a soft pillow, his body having blocked the magic in a similar manner to Mooli's kick except on a much more massive scale.
He floated in place with his smirk, staring down Coella while he cocked his right fist back.
"Very well...then I'll enjoy taking everything from you!"
Vegetto Black stopped, however, at the immense ominous roar of energy exploding outwards from the ground. A devastating sonic boom rung out, and his eyes shifted immediately to the source: a firey inferno that was Cayde. The gunslinger spoke no words as he pulled his trigger; a single, devastating bullet of pure solar energy ripping through the air towards the doppelganger. For all others in the arena, however, the bullet and space began to seemingly slow; their vision distorting once more. Premonition of Finality (All Involved in the battle against Vegetto Black)
The same sensation that overrode their inhibitions and thoughts early came back in full force, but not from Sinister Bernkastel or Spina this time as they were clearly locked into their battle. Vegetto Black's eyes slowly faded away into ominous black slits, dripping down like liquid from where his eyes had been moments ago and streaming down his face. He hung in the air, seemingly frozen in place with the solar bullet freezing in place before reaching its target.
But most importantly, you remain free. You share no common hinderance or sabotage with this doppelganger. Instead, this is a special moment for y̴̎͐ōͮ̎u. Such a fascinating perspective...to consider the Breakers, of all things...worthy of betting your all. Your intelligence and tenacity...deserve proper recognition.
Go now. Tear this useless meat sack apart. He hasn't accomplished nearly as much as you in your short time here.
Spina crossed his arms in defense, but the power behind Sinister Bernkastel’s punches was stronger than he anticipated. “Tsk!?”
Due to the Red Witch’s speed, the old Saiyan was forced back while playing defense to tank the attacks. However, this puts him in the range of rainfall of projectiles placed moments ago. Instantly, the bone fragments ripped through Spina’s back as blood splattered everywhere.
“Rising Blast!” Spina blasted the ground to propelled himself away from the Witch and the rainfall. After landing just a few short distance away, the old Saiyan fell to his knees as blood dripped down on his battered back towards the ground.
“…. I don’t know what the hell you are talking about.” Spina let out a chuckle. “But you did answer somewhat. Now I… know.”
=====
Daiman held out his arms forward and shaped his hands by one on top of another. Seeing Cayde firing his energy bullet was the signal.
“Something scary, something scary, something scary!” Thoughts ran through his mind again as he made the finishing touches. “Imaginary Technique!” His voice was hardly heard amidst the explosion of attacks and fists clashing around him. The force behind creating this imagination was powerful himself to send the young boy flying backwards until he was out of anyone’s range of view.
The energized bullet suddenly split into multiples, all retaining the same power as the original that Cayde had fired. With great haste, each bullet dug into Vegetto-Black’s body, leading to a massive explosion upon impact one after another.
In the clouds of dark explosions, two large fluffy white tails emerged from within. Within seconds, the dual tails moved in such an elegant fashion that they almost looked like they were dancing. It pierced many holes in the air near Vegetto; a hand emerged from the explosion, slicing all the holes with a single finger to create numerous shards.
“Dance of the White Bristle”
Numerous energized attacks engulfed the Saiyan, but these attacks aren’t aiming for physical damage. They phased through his physical body and attacked his literal energy directly. Each impact triggered a spread of agonizing pain that is felt across the entire body.
The clouds cleared as the figure crashed landed near the group. He let out a thunderous roar, like a wild beast seeking out its prey. Daiman, based on what he saw during the tournament, had created…
