"If we take off now, we might be able to catch up to him... oddly coincidental." Bernkastel pondered. "But would it be worth the trouble over a single card? Tch, I hate flighty cowards. Well, we could still head to that card shop without it if we all got a good glance at it, right?"

She scratched her head irritably, the wine bottle disappearing into the depths of her sleeve for the time being. "If only I could say the same about the pickpocket. He moved so fast I couldn't get a good look at his face."
 
Spina sweat a bit after Gogeta was clearly mocking Bernkastel. “I’m starting to get a headache here. One problem after another.” The old Saiyan looked at the man with glasses who helped Cuki from the ground but was unable to give out his thanks to him since the man quickly left the scene. “Huh… he’d gone…” Spina was taken out of the small trance from Cuki’s shouting that the card was stolen from her. “He stole it!? Shit, do we really need it? Unless some of us have some good memory…” His eyes narrowed, instinctively pat around his body, noticing that his belt was taken from him, causing his pants to fall down. “He’d stole my belt!? The lousy bastard stole my belt! How the hell he did that?!”

The man that dashed off purposely bumped into them and stole insignificant items—aside from card from Cuki’s grasp. Along with the belt and the card, he also took one of Gogeta’s wrist band, Bernkastel’s bowtie, Panich’s Boots, Brachi’s right glove, Slayer's charm and a piece of Cross’ cloth. 

“Oh, a common thief? We often have too many of those these days.” Lucifer commented on. “But I agreed with Bernkastel. We have to pressed forward, I’m sure that, oh, what’s her name again… Brachi, can take care of him.” Lucifer was determined to go to the shop to prevent any further delays. The Cardmaker Shop was just around the corner.

The man dashed through the streets in rapid speeds, causing everyone around to have their items flung around. Especially one particular man who was carrying a fruit stand.

“Hey! Slow down! Someone is trying to sell here! Damn it....” The fruit stand man picked up all the fruits. However, it was flung all over the place once more when Brachi sped by, smushed against the ground. “Damn it!”

The man turned around, seeing that Brachi was keeping up with him. Grunting in annoyance, he’d turned around, running backwards as he flung out a series of smoke balls near the ground towards her—unleashing a lot of smoke around the area.
 
Brachi avoided the smoke balls as well as using the smoke as a cover, having locked onto his energy signature, before dashing in and tackling the man to the ground.

"Get over here!" She snarled, grabbing the man by the shoulders and pinning him down so the others could catch up.
 
The man was slammed against the ground, facing Brachi directly. This caused him to drop the card he'd stole from Cuki. Yet, from Brachi’s perspective, the man’s face was completely and utterly blank. He had no mouth, eyes nor nose. Completely bald and his skin was a shade of sky blue. Realizing that Brachi was clearly a powerful figure—the Blank Man managed to twirl his fingers a bit, pouring energy around his body which caused him to disperse into smoke—spreading in every direction. 

He’d appeared behind Brachi, seeing that he once again took another item. A coin—no mention of which coin he’d took. Just as the other instance of stealing impossible things, the Blank Man flipped the coin once before catching it, before pointing his finger at her. Seemingly, he pulled out more smoke balls and smashed them against the ground. It spread everywhere—but unlike the first time, it completely masked his energy signature. Using the chance, the Blank Man dashed off in between the buildings to make his escape.
 
Growling, Brachi dashed upwards to get out of the smoke clouds, trying to tail the Blank Man, clearly agitated at being bested. Summoning two clones, she sent them out to help in searching for the man, while she went along as well, using the clones to cover a wider area to hopefully intercept the man.
 
"That thief must be an expert if he managed to literally take Panich's boot from her foot. ...How is that even possible?" Cuki said to herself. "And taking anything from Bernkastel is a death wish anyway, so it's best the others chase him. He might live another day."

Cuki sighed, walking along with Lucifer and following him to the Cardmaker Shop. 

"I wouldn't mind making a new card for the Cardmaker Shop. Heh, sounds kinda fun!"
 
Gogeta watched the others depart, rubbing his chin for a moment before quickly raising two fingers to his forehead with a smirk.

"I'll help chase! That sounds way more fun than visiting some card shop."

Disappearing into thin air, Gogeta soon reformed and landed on the roadway of the nearby intersection where the Blank Man and Brachi had faced off. He glanced around at the onlookers gathering, a seemingly pause to everyday hustle and bustle of the pedestrians at the fight unfolding in the middle of daylight. Gogeta's eyes turned down, watching the card that slipped out from the Blank Man's possession bounced along the cement towards him. He leaned down, grabbing it with two fingers and neatly tucked it away in his vest before turning his attention back to fight, watching him disperse into smoke.

Gogeta narrowed his eyes, studying the development and turned to the side, seeing Blank Man dashing through the buildings in the small distraction created to throw Brachi off. The fusion's smirk returned, a white aura forming around his body. He crouched down a bit, the small display of energy attracting the attention of the onlookers for a brief moment.

"Got you!"

In a blinding flash of light, Gogeta erupted forward in a rapid dash in following after the Blank Man. The crowd of onlookers quickly started to disperse, rapidly running up and down the streets, quickly pulling out phones and cameras to snap pictures of the scuffle from before and Brachi in the air above.

"That looked like Brachi! Wow wow wow, I gotta tell everyone!"

"And that had to be Vegetto!! Is he back?!"

"Who was that guy she was fighting?!"



Across the various skyscrapers and buildings of Reality City, images of a demon-humanoid female dressed in a lavish black and red suit appeared in front of a desk. The woman held a mostly flat expression, yet a sense of urgency rung true in her voice as she spoke.

"Good afternoon ladies and gentlemen, we come to you live this evening with breaking news-"

A panned out video image formed on the left hand side of the screen, depicting aerial footage of the Blank Man dashing through the buildings with Gogeta slowly gaining ground towards him in chase.

"What you're seeing appears to be an image of Vegetto in hot pursuit of an unknown individual here in Reality City. We are receiving confirmation now that the Breakers Brachi and Vegetto are currently live and active here in Reality City. RNN Correspondent Jim Bean is live from our eye in the sky: Jim, what's happening out there?"

A momentary rush of wind and explosive crackling rung out in the mic, the image of Gogeta shooting a small blast of golden energy at the Blank Man and missing to strike a nearby skyscraper being the source of the sound. The voice rung out in a loud shout, attempting to yell over the wind of the helicopter as it chased after the Blank Man and Gogeta.

"Woah nelly! Janet! It's absolute CHAOS out here! Moments ago, we saw Brachi and this unknown man fighting in the streets, and now Vegetto himself is out chasing this guy down! I don't know who this other guy is they're chasing, but if he is wanted by the Breakers, he's surely in for a rough time!! If this chase keeps up, there's a good possibility we may get a sighting of Cross or Bernkastel herself out here to put this man down!"

The woman on air lightly tapped into her ear piece, a small smile forming on her face.

"Can you identify anything about this man they're chasing?"

The man on the other end paused, yelling out like a fan cheering at a sports game as Gogeta suddenly bolted upwards, surging forward and tackling into the Blank Man on the live feed.

"Wooh!! I don't know Janet!! We're getting leaked reports from the locals that they heard the Breakers claiming this guy works for Doctor Doom! It also makes perfect sense: no one else would be strong enough to make the Breakers come all the way to Reality City and bring Vegetto back out of hiding! Especially not a guy like Ultra Man!!"

The two reporters shared a boisterous laugh on screen at the joke, the woman quickly recovering and clearing her throat.

"And there you have it, ladies and gentlemen: the Breakers are here in Reality City to stop Doctor Doom once again. We will continue to bring you live uninterrupted coverage of the unfolding events here at RNN."


Gogeta roared violently, soon crashing into the roadway below with the Blank Man in his grasp and kicking up rubble in every direction. Having let go of the man once they had crashed, Gogeta sprung up to his feet, tensing his muscles with a cocky smirk.

"You're not going anywhere until I get my wristband back!"
 
"And my boot you fucking creep! Where the hell is our stuff!?" Panich snarled after following with Brachi and Gogeta. The princess stomped over to the being on the ground and violently hoisted the blank man up in the air by the collar. "You better speak up or I'll be making you a face out of blood and bruises!"
