Bernkastel heard the commotion and opened her door to peek out. She hadn't left her room since dinner and it looked like she didn't actually sleep-- not that she required it anymore, but it looked like she had been occupied, as she held a thick book in her hands and a feather quill in her right.
"I almost spilled my ink. What's going on?" She caught sight of the stranger and stared at Spina. "Is he the next-door neighbor? Or maybe someone forgot to lock the front door... Such a mess too." Her bangs hid her furrowed eyebrows. Something seemed strange about this person aside from his appearance, but she couldn't put her finger on it. I get strange energies emanating from him... he's certainly not some mere human either...
