In order to reach my goal of launching a webcomic by the time next year, I'm going all hands on deck. I started a simplified story and use it as a basis for practice: backgrounds, paneling, dynamic poses and using images as a way to tell a story. I've posted my progress in Sketchuary, and I'll continue my progress here. Wish me luck! The name of this story is called Shineman (hinted it a while ago).
Premise: A man wanders in the woods and encounters a strange alien parasite....
In preparation of doing storyboards, human study and dynamic poses, I want to push my drawings into the public sphere, but I have little-no-way of going about it. Took some great advice already, but I think ultimately is because my ideas aren't really interesting and have no one to really *bounce* my ideas too (hence why I rarely talk about it outside Vortex stuff). I'm thinking I should honed in my skills on tackling some of my favorite characters instead and see where that puts me.
