2 days ago when I looked up episodes 44 and 45 of Soul Eater just to rewatch Crona/Maka/Marie vs Medusa/Stein

I don't get much time to watch anime anymore like used to or want to, and on top of that a lot of animes haven't been hitting me like they used to. Going back and rewatching some older animes has sort of given me a little nostalgia along with something I wish newer animes would do but i can't put my finger on. I've gone back and started rewatching Eureka Seven, Casshern Sins, Cowboy Bebop, and Inuyasha. idk what it is but they all have this sort of aesthetic and atmosphere I wish some newer animes would have but don't... along with not ending just at 12 episodes. Then again writing this i did find Demon Slayer as a new anime I wholeheartedly LOVE and adore.
