"We are above the law." The guard stated. "Now out the wand down. You're not taking anyone."

---

Deeper in was another explosion, followed by panicked screams. It sounded like fighting wasn't far away.

An explosion?! Magiana's running picked up and she advised escapees to be careful in their fleeing. "Do avoid the racket! It's dangerous going near it!" She hoped Jacen would be the one doing it but she was in trouble if it wasn't.

Aquario sighed at the response given to him by the guards and shook his head.

"I beg to differ." He slowly lifted his wand in the air. "You are not above any law."

He instantly flicked his wand in the direction of one of the guards, a strong and mysterious force pushing him back and up against a wall. Aquario instantly began to dash back stage, trying to keep the two guards away from each other.

The guard pushed against the wall struggled even with the wind knocked out of him. The other guard chased after Aquario firing rifle shots at him.

---

The actors ignored Magiana's warnings as they fled. Deeper close to the sound. "Ugh..." Said a woman's voice with a dark echo. "Don't worry Syl, I got you." Jacen reassured. There were rifle shots, the sound of fire, and the screams of someone being burned alive.

"You have better found the girl, Magiana..." Aquario whispered to himself. "Or else we'll be in a much bigger problem..."

Aquario, through the screaming and panic of the actors, did his best to avoid getting shot as well as prevent the innocent actors from getting hurt as well. He stood in the middle of the commotion and held his want, expecting the guard at any second. He was obviously annoyed at all the screaming.

"There's fire!? What's going on?" Magiana stumbled closer to where she could hear Jacen.

"M-Mister Jacen, it's dangerous to stay here. We need to go, but it's important you and the one you were looking for escape while it's still dark. Mister Aquario and I will try to keep any unnecessary injury from happening." She hissed in a whisper. "But I have no clue where the exit around here is-" Magiana covered her ears to flinch at the sound of gunshots. It made her heartbeat race.

The guard came to a running stop and fired his gun at Aquario's wand. All of the actors dove to the ground.

---

Jacen was holding his katana in one hand, and his undead elf in the other slowly advancing forward past a blockade of guards who were shooting at him. Jacen himself looked exhausted but pressed on, managing to slice bullets away from him. There were bodies on the floor, some dead, others burnt, some non-human, including a dark little man with wings.

Magiana grew sick from looking at so many bodies on the floor strewn before them, but she snapped out of it in time. "O-oh! How didn't I think of it sooner... Hold on."

She held up her wand with a shaking grip, but used both her hands to whisper a chant under her breath; forming a bubble-shield of sorts around herself and Jacen with the woman. "Th-this ought to help. I d-don't know how long I can hold it from shattering." Her voice sounded strained as the pink bubble shield bounced off a whizzing bullet. Part of her wanted to help the ones injured, but she couldn't lend a hand to those holding a person in hostage. Regardless, she felt a pit in her stomach. Was it dread? She couldn't tell. She just wanted to get out of there.

Aquario just barely managed to get a shield up for himself. A bullet had already hit his arm in his attempt to move it out of the way. He was in pain but he made sure to keep his serious demeanor up. He glanced at Magiana and held up his wand to the guards shooting at them.

"Magiana!" He called out. "Focus your energy to blast the guns harmlessly from their hands! Think of it like a blast of air!"

Aquario flicked his wand at a shooting guard and a mysterious invisible force pushed the gun out of his hands and across the area.

Jacen looked over to the two. He thought for a moment. "Follow me!" He called as darkness followed the area. Jacen's footsteps were loud and clear for the two.
