What Grinds Your Gears?

Stomachqche each time I eat
 
Eating healthy is easy, but causes annoyances in the rest of my day... (Like more bathroom breaks between games)
 
Honestly, everything grinds my gears, except for my gf
 
Still tired after getting a good rest.
 
Dead on inside, bullsht test that is too hard kills soul... *dies*
