Leftover Tomahawks! Found an rather excellent butcher shop where they were selling them at a reasonable price (I found another one, but they triple times the amount of that same steak). No seasoning aside from Kosher Salt and Black Pepper. Make sure to sear that baby on all sides for 2-3 minutes each on a cast iron skillet, and let it do its thing in the oven at 375 for about 20 minutes. Cook to medium-well (I was aiming for Medium-Rare, but that was fine)... boom. It was delicious.
