Review of Phantom: Requiem for the Phantom

Interesting review. I've never heard of this anime before, but it seems to be worth checking out. Is the second arc and third arc essential to the overall story or it can be skippable? :think:

For the main plot, the second arc is kinda essential seeing how nothing really ends on a positive note in arc 1 (I hope that doesn't seem like a spoil). The third arc isn't really necessary I think, but it does have a...interesting ending (so I guess its optional?). Also, the third arc ties up any and all loose ends (not in the best way personally). So if you think you can power through it, try all three, but just prepare for the general quality to go down over time as I said in the video.
