Oof.. That sucks. You have an atrocious amount of RAM. As I said, you'd want at least 6GB of RAM to go with integrated graphics, which is what you have.

This is the cheapest 8GB set I found on Newegg. I'd recommend upgrading that RAM. I couldn't find any reliable-looking sellers on Amazon, but if you want to buy off there, go right ahead. YMMV on how well the item quality is on arrival, though.

What determines if you can run Payday 2 is not the recommend specs.

Not if you can run the demo surprisngly.

It's if you can run:

Car Shop
Golden Grin Casino (after bagging loot)
Diamond Store (after bagging loot and tieing civilains)
Safe House after getting all the trophies.
