*Jet heads into the storage room*

[ -15 scrap  | Mini-Drone control router]

 

[Grey Star]

"Hope we won't be needing that scrap to buy a vulcan..." Star muttered.

 

[Nick]

"Im sure there is plenty more for us by the time a shop comes around"

 

[Grey Star]

"At least boarders shouldn't be as much of an issue now."

 

[Nick]

"Well since this is seemingly working now I figure we should head to the next beacon before pirates show up"

 

[Grey Star]

An army of them warped in behind.

"Speak of the devil, flee or talk, or fight?" Star asked.

 

[Nick]

"Uhhhhh.... I would say flee... I don't think we can fight THAT... If you wanna talk make sure the FTL drive is prepped to go at any second"

 

[Grey Star]

Star hit the jump button. At the next beacon he looked around.

"A shop. We'll lose them here." He said docking.

 

[Nick]

"We should see if they have any crew available, or a Vulcan, we need to hurry though that fleet could have tracked our jump"
