Mioi tried to hold her focus for a few more minutes, but exhaled through her nose loudly as her posture slouched. "I give for now... it was hard to even detect the ones farther away. Hopefully I can learn to sense them well enough to distinguish between them properly." Mioi rubbed her neck sheepishly. "Not bad for a first attempt I suppose?" She was used to being reprimanded more often than not, but she was happy that Kira sounded pleased with her for the time being.

"I don't believe that." Solaris replied immediately. "I can't remember a single thing that occured while I was under this armor's control. Nothing involving you, and only the faintest memories of the duo who used me as a pawn. Barely the faces remain in my memory."

"Not bad at all. You are, after all, learning to tap into something much much bigger than any of us here." Kira replied, giving a small look around. "Using it in combat will speed up your ability to distinguish different Force connections, or ki signatures according to Solaris. Reason is because you'll quickly learn the difference between allies using the Force on something compared to someone using the Force on you."

Vegetto half smiled, staring down at Jaz in her speech in regaining her usual confidence. His smile vanished, however, at the uttering of Gogeta's name. Turning his eyes down, he glanced down to the floor solemnly for a few seconds until Jaz's arms wrapped around his waist. His lips lifted to the right in another smile, returning the hug.

"Of course Jaz...you're family after all."

He stifled a small chuckle.

"Now, I may be old, but you're not getting any younger yourself."

Vegetto lifted his right arm back up, his index finger pointed upwards and his tone changed as if he were ordering food from a restraunt.

"I demand grandchildren within the year. My legacy won't end with Junior."

=======================

Vegetto Jr. sat still, staring at the hand offered to him for a few moments. He let out a heavy sigh shortly after, flashing a small smile as he reached out and grasped onto Kire's hand. Using it to pull himself up first, Vegetto Jr. kept his smile and shook the hand once.

"Alright...dad, you've got a deal. I'm sorry for what I said earlier...I'm glad I was wrong about you."

He turned his head up, a loud voice blaring on the intercom that rung out in every room and hallway with Koth's excited tone.

"Alright you slackers, we're getting ready to enter Odessan's atmosphere!! Everyone get to the cockpit; especially you, Junior and friend. I don't want to find puddles of strange liquid on my ship, you hear?"

Solaris was about to answer Brachi's question when hearing Koth started to speak. Looking up to the speakers, his face focused.

"Long story short, the armor that I've been wearing up to this point was everything I am. It is, what I was." He explained. "It controlled me, up until I entered this universe. But, we need to get going." He said, before starting to walk out the room. "I might need to pick up that armor when we get off the ship."

"G-Grandchildren?! Me?" Jaz chuckled nervously before sweating. "I think you're jumping the gun, Veggie. Your legacy will be fine for a while. Let's wait until this war is over, then we can start thinking about kids. Besides, you might wanna talk to Junior and my dad about that..."

Jaz's head turned to listen to the intercom and her cheeks immediately turned red. She grabbed her beanie and pulled it over her eyes, trying to hide her face.

"Oh my, this is embarrassing..." Jaz grumbled to herself. "Let's head to Koth, he seems excited about landing."

"Good to know you got an open mind."

Kire smiled widely for once, shaking Junior's hand. Everything changed when Koth's comment echoed within the ship. Without warning, Kire's grip tightens and he pulled Junior close.

"I know I said you can hang out with Jaz, but if you even think about trying to get a certain...way with my daughter, I will chop your dick off. No questions. Not even your father will save you from my wrath..." Kire released Junior and pushed him towards the door. "But you're a smart kid, I wouldn't want to hurt my future son-in-law. Now go, find Jaz and be happy with her, in the meanwhile, I should catch up on a few things..."

Without waiting for a reply, Kire took Mioi's sniper and placed it over his shoulder, leaving the room to go to his lab to get Solaris's armor. Since everyone was going to meet in one place, he thought it would be nice to get two birds with one stone. He mounted Solaris's armor over his other shoulder and turned to the KABS cores when Helga chimed in.

"While you were away, I fixed Lady Jaz's core as well as upgraded them with the harder metal alloys, similar to that of Solaris's armor. I studied the energy nodes and applied a similar version within the code. KABS will now be able to store more energy and consume less during a battle, making it more efficient in battle. I also added an emergency energy backlash. Should Vaylin attempt to steal energy again, she will be rewarded with a surge of electricity to overwhelm her. Perhaps she will think twice before stealing energy from Lady Jaz and Madam Mioi."

"Nice work, Helga! I should put KABS back on the girls, give Mioi her new toy, and return Sogalris his armor." Kire placed the Cores within his pockets. "With most of my projects done... I should have time to focus on the bigger mission at hand."

Kire chuckled before rushing out the door, balancing the rifle and armor in his arms, and heading to the cockpit in a hurry. For once, all worry disappeared from his face as he began to slowly trust the people around him and open up. His smile looked genuine.

Mioi nodded to what Kira had to say and took her words to heart. She was about to say something, but then heard the intercom and winced at the sudden loud noise. "Ugh... I guess we will have to continue our lessons at a later time." Standing up off the floor, she opened the door and peered down the doorway."About time we landed somewhere without the feeling of impending doom... to the cockpit we go." She stepped out and gestured for Kira to follow.

Kira got off of the floor, grabbing onto her saber and walked after Mioi, keeping pace on their way to the cockpit.

"Training in a ship is nice and all because of the wait times but there's a lot more things that we can get done with more room less disturbances and being still." She stated. "Such as combat training with whatever blaster we can get you or philosophical musings."
