When someone bitches about their replacement phone not coming in as the color they wanted when at the time of the call, the replacement center only had black phones and not white phones, who has no control over what replacements they have on hand
And acting like they should get a replacement exactly like mine despite them carelessly dropping the phone on the floor face down. Despite owning a fucking lifeproof case, and not putting it on.
